Personal Assistance for Persons Living with a Disability

Providing assistance to a person with a disability entails more than just giving physical assistance, it also involves enhancing mental wellbeing. Depending on the circumstances, limitations on the everyday activities of persons with a disability may be permanent, transient, or episodic in form, or they may have existed for a long time.

A personal assistant to a person with a disability plays a critical role in supporting their client to lead an independent and fulfilling life. The duties of a personal

assistant are diverse and tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of the individual.
