Home Help

Home help is a supportive service designed to assist individuals with everyday tasks and maintain their independence at home. This service is ideal for those who need a little extra help to manage their daily routines, ensuring a clean and organised living environment. Home help offers peace of mind and allows individuals to continue enjoying the comfort and familiarity of their own homes with a lesser degree of responsibility and intervention compared to home care.

our Services include:

  • Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Helping with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure the individual’s comfort and safety.

  • Planning, preparing, and serving meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. Assisting with feeding if necessary, and ensuring proper hydration.

  • Performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and tidy living environment.

  • Shopping for groceries and household items.

  • Providing emotional support, engaging in conversations, and participating in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being. Offering companionship to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.

  • Observing and reporting any changes in the individual’s health or behaviour to family members.

  • Assisting with transportation to medical appointments, social activities, and errands, and helping with mobility aids such as wheelchairs, walkers, or walking-sticks.

  • Maintaining clear and accurate records of care activities and health observations.
