 Matter of Care is a community-focused healthcare organisation committed to improving the well-being and quality-of-life at the community level. We provide a comprehensive suite of person-centred services to individuals affected by illness, disease, or infirmity - particularly to older persons, persons living with dementia, persons with visible and invisible disabilities, and persons with terminal illness. Our services are designed to support individuals in their homes and communities, promoting independence, dignity, and meaningful connection.

Alongside our direct care services, we offer management and consultancy support to organisations across the health and social care sector. This includes service development, operational improvements, and the design of dementia-friendly spaces that enhance comfort, independence, and quality of life.

We are not a recruitment or an employment agency. We do not 'import' workers from abroad. Our team is fully based within the community, and is deeply invested in delivering sustainable, person-centred care that reflects local needs and values.
